My airport shuttle that had been confirmed by the hotel never came to pick me up. They did not compensate me for this and I wasted a bunch of time + ended up in much worse traffic, which wasted even more time. I asked to call a taxi to take me back to the airport at the end of my stay and the hotel receptionist told me to just ask him that very morning 15 mins prior. When I asked that morning, he told me to just walk down the street with all my luggage and find one passing by because he was busy. If I weren't resourceful, I would have missed my flight because of that imbecile.

Location is very good, rooms perfect, shower very weak, & receptionist Suraj is the best to deal customers with smil

SURAJ was excellent guy, very cooperative, nice, smiling, and he did his best for us .

House keeping is very weak, they have only one staff, so can’t clean the room in time. They only clean rooms which are already checked out. We stayed continuously for 3 nights and no room cleaning.

Cheap but not very cheerful

Friendly staff, location was good.

There was no water pressure from the shower head during the stay, which made it very difficult washing. Dirty laundry left in vicinity of staircase which led to other floors - also blocked the lift (although it was broken most of the stay) Smoking area directly outside our room, which was very loud during the night. No soundproofing of the rooms (could hear everything in the corridor).

Located near bars and restaurants, a bit further from the beach but that's what we counted on, so no problem at all (5 mins walk). Rooms big enough, comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking possibility just in front of the entrance.

1. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. They answered to your questions and problems with good attitude. 2. The location is convenient - Family Mart (convenient store) is 1-2 mins walk from the hotel. Jungceylon Mall and Bangla Road is about mins walk from the hotel.
